Ordering
Please contact us if you wish to place an order.
You may order from us by phone, fax, or email. To order by fax, just fax us
your Purchase Order. Alternatively you may download
our order form. Please complete it and fax it back to us at
877-578-7845. We will get in touch with you if we have any questions about
your order. We must be in possession of a copy of your resale
certificate before we will ship your order.
Please note that we primarily wholesale to the trade. If you are interested
in our products, and do not have a retail store, we will try to refer you to a retail outlet where you can purchase or
order our products. Alternatively you can purchase some of our items from
our
Amazon.com and
eBay stores.
All first time orders need to be prepaid. Shipping & handling or delivery
charges will be added to each order. You will be advised of these charges
before shipping. Please provide any special instructions and payment details
with your order. Payment can be made by a personal or company's check, or
either a Visa or MasterCard. For credit cards, please provide card number,
expiry date, name on card and credit card billing address as it appears on
the credit card statement.
