Our ceramics are handmade in Peru, the ‘Land of the Incas’. For over 2500 years the Peruvians explored different styles, and expressed themselves through their pottery. Drawing upon various sources of inspiration, developing innovative production techniques, and using locally available materials, they have created one of the world’s finest pottery traditions.

Our collection is inspired by two of these traditions. Some of our designs pay tribute to the Inca built terraces for farming, known as ‘Andenes’, which prove that architectural design and form can coexist with natural resources. Other designs from our collection are inspired by the historical value of the Coca leaf, which was traditionally used in the Inca culture as medicine, and as a payment offering to Mother Earth (Pacha Mama).
